Lavender and Oats scrub

Lavender and Oats scrub!

Lavender is one of my favourite herbs. I have used both lavender flowers and lavender essential oil in this scrub. Both of them help soothe and heal skin. While the flowers intensify exfoliation, the lavender essential oil augments skin friendly properties. And both smell incredible too!

Oatmeal is not only moisturising and a gentle exfoliant, but is also great at absorbing oil and impurities. Calms itchy, dry skin because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Lavender and oatmeal are very gentle, hence I’ve added sea salt to enhance the scrubbing power.
